- Road test vehicle. Raise vehicle to check steering and suspension. Find front sway bar links are weak, possibly causing a clunking noise but they are not broken. All 4 tires are choppy Rear brake are at 2/32". Check all heat shields. Find shield at flex pipe is rattelling against exhaust pipe. Install clamp around shield.
